What about the pistols?
Circa 1935 L-75 archtop with full-size round hole. This is the final expression of Orville Gibson's vision, the last roundhole archtop model Gibson made for many years.
It sounds sweet too, and works in a wide variety of musical settings. More bottom and sustain than 16 x 24.75" archtop / f-hole guitars.
L-75 is mahogany back & sides
This one was ridden hard and put away wet, but it certainly sounds "played-in."
Yeah, classic 30s shape. Big but easy to get used to.Sweet! Does this have a deep "V" neck?
Yessir, '84. Tasty unit -- sound, tone and absolute minimum size for a hand-wired amp with reverb. Any gig a Deluxe Reverb will cut the Super Champ will handle with less strain on your back. And in situations where "visual volume" is an issue, the Super Champ is your best friend!BTW, I saw you have a Super Champ. How do you like it? I have a few of the Rivera era Fenders and I think they're great amps.
