If your LP is not the guitar you grab first, what make and model is your go to guitar?
Where does your Les Paul figure into your playing?
I've always played Fenders, and most of that time, I've owned LPs (Epi and Gibs). I had a Faded Standard that I used for heavier parts of my band's show, but it wouldn't stay in tune, and it sported my least fav neck shape and frets. I had to sideline it, lost interest in it, and sold it.
Now, I have a 2012 Traditional, and it's everything I ever wanted in a LP. I haven't played my Fenders in about 6 weeks. I still consider myself a "Fender man," but I've been having a 3 month affair with the LP, and I don't see my love wavering anytime soon...
