Trouble with volume pot after rewire and new caps

So I rewired an existing pushpull volume tone pot for the neck pick up and installed russian PIO caps. I have the pushpull doing a coil split and the bridge pup is wired normally. I know for certain that everything is wired correctly but the volumt pot that was previously mentioned, will not roll off the volume at a certain point. Basically, the volume adjusts between 6-10 but anything below a volume of 6 stays the same and never fades out. Everything else works as far as the wiring goes and the other volume pot works fine too. I dont hear any issue with the tone, I just want to know why its not working like it should. Its frustrating to not have your guitar at 100%.

Check your work. yo've got a short. Look at solder points or even broken wires. Check also if you have picked up
a short piece of wire on the pickup or dripping solder.

I have checked it and have had someone else check it as well. All the connections are solid and nothing is connected or touching that shouldnt be. Does anyone think the pot could have gone bad? Maybe I need another ground? Im out of ideas. :dang

unsolder a lead to the pot in question and measure the pot by itself. It will probably measure good. This means you have a prob with something you did. Don't complicate it. keep it simple. It is probably so obvious you can't see it. Been there done that.

The right lug on the pot needed to be grounded. The wire diagram wasn't showing it.
