...Ok! So, there are at least a dozen of variation of the Historics R9's?:hmm
I've seen quite a few from ribbons to chevron...tiger flames..clown,etc.etc...
I reckon the foremost originals, or somewhat original historic reissues were concise to the vintage ones before. Now? with other finishes that turns out closest to the HCS after fading/relicing? How many are there?

Please post what other variances of the originals/reissues that we all acquired since the Historic Reissues started.:photos

For some reason? the Cherry Sunburst has this appealing taste that you could really get used to, even if you dont like the finish? it somewhat grows on you.:wow

Lets see those variances of the Heritage Cherry Sunburst Historic kids!.

Cheers!:hank

Not sure what you mean by "cherry sunburst". All three of these "real Historics" started their lives as cherry sunburst; some of them faded :)

And here are some "reissues" that are clearly a version of cherry sunburst, excluding any that replicate a faded Burst (e.g., teaburst, lemonburst, etc.) and excluding any "darkbursts" with dark brown and no hint of cherry. If you were also including the other categories, let us know. :)

Here are two variations of Washed Cherry. The 2007 on the left is kind of a tomato soup red while the 2009 on the right is deeper in color.

Here's another variation specific to 2010; Gibson calls this one "Cherry Burst":

Here's yet another "variation" — specifically, this one's a 2003-era Stanleyburst:
