I'm looking for a left handed Gil Yaron single cut from the original batch. I was posting on the original TDPRI thread where he offered me one for 6K and I couldn't swing it. Doh!

I know this is a unicorn, but if anyone knows of a source who might have a line on one I'd be eternally grateful.

Thanks in advance for any info

I think I'll send Gil a note and see if he recalls anyone he sold a lefty to back in the early days. It's a long shot, but given how much $$ they can make over whatever they paid for it back then, it might have a chance. Will keep you posted.

This is the one he offered me:

Kills me to look at it. I do have this one though that scratches my LP itch quite well. 1990 '59 re-issue with a '60 profile neck. Pickups are an MJ wound Duncan Screamin' Demon in the bridge and a Duncan '59 PAF in the neck.

That's my bedroom practice rig, lest you think I'm slumming it with a modelling amp ;-)
