Its a completely different guitar, the historic has the vintage tuners, 1-piece body which is thinner, different neck and neck joint ( long shelf), ABR bridge, different pickguard, truss rod cover, 57 classics and a vibrola. They got it right. Even without the stop bar the things sing.
