What LP model is this from?

This has come up locally...haven't seen one before. Has black fluffy lining. Any ideas what model/year this is from. Clearly recent.

It might be a fake LP case? As in from a Chinese rip off?

There already was a thread about that case. I can't remember if it was in the Vintage Forum or not. I don't remember if it was sorted out.

Yes if that is the same one, it's a custom made case. It should have TWO locking latches on it if you can get a view of the side of that case.

Thanks J T - when you say Custom Made, do you mean it is a legit Gibson case or something else? Doesn't look to have locks on the side? Although those two "could" be lockable...I'll ask. The case doesn't look very fitted - kinda sloppy for a LP shape?

No That's not the case that came up here a while ago. There were two combination snap locking latches one on the upper bout and another on the body in addition to the other latches, BUT it looks very similar with that Gibson Logo on it. If I remember correctly it was not a Gibson made case or a case made for Gibson.
