When did Slowhand move to superleads?

Does anyone know of the earliest instance of Clapton using the larger 100 watt Marshalls vs. the Bluesbreaker/JTM-45? I know in his little adventure in the Glands he was forced to escape without his amp, but did he move to the Superleads after his return to Mayall or during the Cream rehearsals?

I was always under the impression it was during his Cream days....but I could be wrong.

I don't know for sure either, but the MO of the day was "bigger is better," especially with power-trios like the Jimi Hendrix Experience and Cream, so I expect his days with Cream would have been a logical time and place for that move.
