THIS IS THE 25th ANNIVERSARY YEAR FOR THE LES PAUL FORUM! PLEASE CELEBRATE WITH US AND SUPPORT US WITH A DONATION TO KEEP US GOING!
We've made a large financial investment to convert the Les Paul Forum to this new XenForo platform, and recently moved to a new hosting platform. We also have ongoing monthly operating expenses. THE "DONATIONS" TAB IS NOW WORKING, AND WE WOULD APPRECIATE ANY DONATIONS YOU CAN MAKE TO KEEP THE LES PAUL FORUM GOING! Thank you!
Please support our Les Paul Forum Sponsors with your business - Gary's Classic Guitars, Wildwood Guitars, Chicago Music Exchange, Reverb.com, Throbak.com and True Vintage Guitar. From personal experience doing business with all of them, they are first class organizations. Thank you!
Greeny pretty much disproved this by putting it to good use. By adjusting the volume controls you can adjust how much of the out of phase effect you get
very rare amps. but many clones. getting the original output transformer is important (either a Pacific or a Stancore). Tubes, caps and layout all matter here.
any update on the new model (and on the p90s)?
Is it a 7k6/8k4 set wound on the 102 machine with short A5 magnets? how does it compare to the 101+ and the dt-102?
or were they sometimes unmatched like the PAFs, unbuckers and burstbuckers?
How about the pat number pups?
I have to decide on specs for a angus/EC SG (I'm using highorder pups in a tokai SG155)
thanks!
