Does anyone have any experience with creamtone pickups? I have a custom bucker that needs a companion in the neck position. I am having problems find another custombucker for the neck and was thinking the creamtone might be a good match since they both us A3's. Am I on the right path or does someone have a better A3 pickup they could recommend that would compliment a custombucker?

You should pop those bad boys in and let me know how they sound. I would love a tone report haha

Wasn't me me, but I'll chirp! I have a set of A3 Deluxes in my 2010 R7. They replaced BBs 1/2. It is hard to quantify sounds and I live with tinnitus, but I found the guitar to be more articulate with the Creamtones. Seemed to be a richer and more defined sound than the BBs particularly in the neck. Measure 8.5 bridge and 7.7 neck, IIRC. I have never played CBs so I can't compare those to CTs.

They don't break the bank either. Creamtone has a Facebook page where you can drop Lonnie a message. Hope this helps.

You are a fire starter! I'm selling my Martin. The A3s in the CTs vs the A2s in the BBs added the right amount of force to increase the acoustic properties of the guitar exponentially. Or was it the sativa?!!!
