Phil, I think above is a perfect example why people on the forum react negatively to your posts.
There is a lot of "I know things you don't" and you rarely come out with facts.
Now these are facts users of the forum want to hear. Thanks!
Nor do you have one now, at least not in me, as we have never done business. Others may be keeping a watching brief.
You significantly overestimate my interest in you.
Strictly, they're assertions.

who the hell knows what Gil is referring to!,…. whats your question?
This is getting worse and worse for...nevermind la
fair enough Hoss, point taken, however it simply isn't possible or prudent to post everything due to ongoing & developing legal proceedings,
Banker J stated that the shit i'm slinging wouldn't stick, if I wanted to do just that I could nail it right now, it is a stunning scenario, everything that i've stated so far is the truth, yes I have skated the edges, sorry for the frustration
it's not getting worse, it's amusing
the only two guys who have never complained about this guitar are the two owners, granted, one of them couldn't, he paid a character from this thread in excess of $500k for it & never received it, he also never complained about the fact, how come you guys aren't questioning that transaction?, 500k for nothing & not a peep
the 2nd guy knows what he is doing, the guitar was independently inspected & verified, he's very happy with it
where's the problem?
This make no sense ... Did the first buyer get his $500k back? That seems like an important detail you left out. And who did he try to buy it from?
For the second "owner", if he's so happy why is it (apparently) up for sale?
no he didn't get it back but then again it wasn't his money to begin with, he didn't try to buy it, he did buy it he just never received the guitar because I had it in my safe, he bought it from the alleged "owner" of the Peter Green Les Paul
I could be wrong but I spoke with the owner yesterday & the guitar is not up for sale, can you point me to where it is for sale
thank you
Yes please!Enough with the vague innuendo. "Nail it right now" or stop talking about it.
Exactly. You keep telling half the story, either assuming we know the rest or not wanting to share all of it. Why on earth would someone give $500K and not obtain the item or the money back... The story doesn't sound logical.
I thought we were still talking about Greeny, the subject of this thread... Are you saying it is not being offered for sale by MG and Phil Harris?
I didn't discuss any guitar with a Hendrix connection, do you have any more details?
Phil, was it your webmaster's fault again?
no he didn't get it back but then again it wasn't his money to begin with, he didn't try to buy it, he did buy it he just never received the guitar because I had it in my safe, he bought it from the alleged "owner" of the Peter Green Les Paul

Confusing or what? Are we talking about the Al Parish Cosmo conversion, the Hendrix Strat or the Peter Green Les Paul?
the only person that received revenue from AP
& never delivered this guitar was Melvyn Franks, AP didn't receive it because the guitar was in my safe, it was viewed there & left there by the FBI & SEC, I kept it there for 2 yrs until authorized to liquidate, these facts do not even scrape the surface of this story
