Hi everyone!
I just bought a Gibson Les Paul Standard from a reliable guitar store in my area. All perfect BUT I came across 2 issues.
First one: the headstock shape of my guitar in particular is a little less pointy than all the other models I saw. Not a big deal but I just want to know if it's something normal (first photo).
Second issue, more serious: the bracket that holds the pickguard in place seems crooked downward, almost touching the top of the guitar, as you can see in the second photo. Anyone had similar problems?
Thanks for your help

So long as it's functional, and doesn't show signs of metal fatigue or failure down the road, I wouldn't worry about the bracket. PLUS: You got the padding, that's ... modern!

Never saw those rounded edges on new, but some folks pay to get them there. Or play and abuse.

If you love the guitar, I wouldn't worry. Cheers!
