'71 Traynor YBA-1 - NAD has never been sweeter
I just picked up a stock '72 YBA-1. I was originally planning to "Plexi" mod it but the more I play through it the more I like it for what it is. I'll order new filter caps for it because it's still running it's original dynamite sticks and some logarithmic pots because the exiting volume controls are basically on-off. It will also get some new control knobs because it has a mismatched set on it now with one missing and I'll buy the stuff I need to do the mods if I want to down the road but I think I'll hold off on those for a bit and just enjoy what Pete Traynor provided.
Here's a clip with my LP Standard plugged into the bright channel. The volume is maxed and it's running through a V30 loaded 212 cab.
