Thanks for these! What an incredible history there. So cool.
I am surpised at a couple Page n Beck shots where they don't even wrap the cord through the strap. One would think that was an easy unplugging waiting to happen.

Such awesome early shots, amd so personal for the OP.
Any shots I took started in the late 70s....

Any shots I took started in the late 70s....

Cords were short.
We stood very close to our amps.
Wrapping it through your strap took up valuable length.
Eventually, somebody said, "Wait a second...if we made cords longer...."
