Any tone difference between an original ABR-1 and the historic version?

Im about to find out out I guess. Im getting hold of an original shortly, thats the one thing I HAVENT changed on my R9. I certainly hear a difference between my old lightweight tailpiece and the stock heavy one. Anyone think there is much difference in the ABRs?

Hey Ed...

Have you already changed the stop TP studs? Just curious. Any impact?
