• Guys, we've spent considerable money converting the Les Paul Forum to this new XenForo platform, and we have ongoing monthly operating expenses. THE "DONATIONS" TAB IS NOW WORKING, AND WE WOULD APPRECIATE ANY DONATIONS YOU CAN MAKE TO KEEP THE LES PAUL FORUM GOING! Thank you!

Any value in upgrading the ABR-1 on my R8?

Thanks!!.

Heres a photo before they cut the wood. They sent me all kinds of photos on every step of the build. They gave the best customer service one could hope for. It also only took 8 months for the build. They showed me the Maple, and the Honduran Magohany before it was cut. They also sent pics of the Brazilian, but Ive misplaced the photos.

Also everytime they would cut the wood, they would let it sit for a week before they would mess with it again. They really took their time, and didnt rush, thogugh I did get the guitar in short order.

Great tip! Will have to store that in the old brain for future experimenting!

EDIT: I just saw now that you're having a Flying V replica built. So am I! May I ask who is doing yours?
So far i bought the M69 Pickups rings Flat Bottomed.Dan MojoAx did a really nice job on them, they even smell like “Vomit” lol... and quite a bit cheaper than other companys
