• THIS IS THE 25th ANNIVERSARY YEAR FOR THE LES PAUL FORUM! PLEASE CELEBRATE WITH US AND SUPPORT US WITH A DONATION TO KEEP US GOING! We've made a large financial investment to convert the Les Paul Forum to this new XenForo platform, and recently moved to a new hosting platform. We also have ongoing monthly operating expenses. THE "DONATIONS" TAB IS NOW WORKING, AND WE WOULD APPRECIATE ANY DONATIONS YOU CAN MAKE TO KEEP THE LES PAUL FORUM GOING! Thank you!
  • Please support our Les Paul Forum Sponsors with your business - Gary's Classic Guitars, Wildwood Guitars, Chicago Music Exchange, Reverb.com, Throbak.com and True Vintage Guitar. From personal experience doing business with all of them, they are first class organizations. Thank you!

Any XTC fans hereabouts?

Very unique band. I love how they hear things so out of the box. It's like, where does that come from?

"Senses Working Overtime" is one of my favorites from them.

Watched the documentary on and off today. My gosh, those songs, those arrangements, those totally unexpected melodies, chords and parts. Always amazes me when the right combination of people get together. Sometimes they're all from the same neighborhood, sometimes from different parts of the country or the world. But when they find each other the magic they unleash is undenyable.

I actually saw them when they opened up for the Police at Masonic Temple in Detroit in 1980. Stellar show!
