Bruce, you are at something: Look at the tone pot of the neck pickup. Both guitars miss the metal cap of the knob. To me these guitars are identical.
Good catch! In those days spare parts were hard to come by. Case in point is the black pickguard Beck had on that first Les Paul he used with the Yardbirds.

He played a singlecut special after Blind Faith. Used it on the Derick and the Dominoes and Delaney and Bonnie tours.

Yep that and the uncovered 3 pup Custom(Delaney and Bonnie)....................man that thing looked mean.

Different gig! Check out Eric's bangs. One gig has them a big longer. The Colour photo is later as the B&W photo is the outdoor gig where he borrowed Keith Richards burst.
