NO ONE has done more to re-invent guitar playing through technique, Innovation, TONE and rhythm playing since Jimi- And Sadly, I do not think anyone ever will.
RIP to the King of Ten Fingers and Six Strings!

Maybe because EVH was not so much associated with Gibson guitars?
And O.P. started this thread in the forum for 1952-1960 Les Pauls.

Nevertheless, R.I.P. master of guitar technique ✌️

Have a good one sweiger- As for me, I am going to crack open a beer and listen to some soundboard recordings of The Master from the 1978 Tour where they were KILLING IT across the USA!
