Factory double white pickups

I was at Dave's Guitars over the weekend and they got in a batch of Historics with factory double white pickups. Cool.

beautiful guitar ..rings look more white..bobbins cream ?
Gibson can’t make white bobbins due to S. Duncan. So creams is whitest it’ll be. Unless the $1000 sets they made them white as the rings? Idk? I never tried to see mine

I thought the double white conflict was with DiMarzio?

How does this double-white look in my 1995 R9?
(Does it make my guitar look fat?)

(It's real and came from a 1959 Gibson 335! The neck pickup comes from a 1962 SG.)
