Which one is the FU?
Email me at backstop 62@aol and I'll tell you which one it is. In like another week I will put up which one is which I want people to listen to them and I don't want them to be influenced but what I say. Again all the bridges are good in the right application. Which works on one guitar may not work on another😉

Now I just took down the bridge test from my YouTube channel Because when I play Them back and then I listen to the ones I recorded YouTube seems to compress them down so they're not exactly the same So if anybody would like to hear them please email me and I will send them to you . I sent out sound samples to 46 people of the 3 bridges. Not telling them which one was which. all 46 picked the 63 bridge, had the best tone, then the 4uncles then the crazy parts. in the test everything was the same, guitar and amp settings. Now I had a custom guitar made and sent the 4uncles and the crazy parts to a world class builder he put on the crazy parts on it. but in saying that you have to find the right part that matches the guitar like i would not put the 63 on a really bright guitar. both 4uncles and crazy parts are quality parts

Hello, new owner of a 4 uncles ABR1 right here. I got mine installed a couple days ago, I did not notch the saddles until I was sure it is staying in the guitar. Unlike most of you, I did not notice a huge improvement of the tone but I do get a lot of buzz in all six strings. The lack of improvement might be due of this rattlin. Anyone with the same problem? Any advice to stop the buzzing?

How did you make the tracks on the saddles? Maybe the problem is just that not being precise you hear buzzing. I always recommend Stewmac's method

Then you should. Also make sure the posts are firmly seated in the top of the guitar.

I have just fixed the buzz by correctly sitting the saddles in the bridge, seems that you have to be sure they are perfectly sitted in the top of the bridge. thnk you guys for the help. Do you recommend me slot the saddles?

The instruction sheet that comes with the bridge says you can slot them or leave them unslotted.

I have done a pretty interesting experiment by comparing the 4 uncles ABR1 sound spectrum to the previous ABR1 bridge I had installed which wasn’t the stock one and it has been the best sounding bridge I have ever had.

Note that the 4 uncles has been recorded without the saddles being slotted.

1. Unplugged guitar - G chord

2. Neck PU straight into the amp - G chord

3. Bridge PU straight into the amp - A chord

The 4 uncles recorded 1-2 dB more than the previous bridge in all the test.
