Has anyone seen this 'Custom' model played by Rich Robinson / Nico Bereciartua before?

It has attributes of the Country Western dreadnought, with enhanced appointments in what looks to be a Phoenix motif -- flames on guard, fiery bird on bound headstock, flame inlays, inlays on the bridge.

Is it a known special edition, or just a one-off?
