Most definitely a display case conversation piece.

Of course me, being the irreverant punk that I am, would paint sunglasses and a cigarette on that eagle, and then take it out and gig it in some trashy hole-in-the-wall.

Do people still play those PRS guitars?

They are pretty common on MTV these days, but what those mutant space zombies in their clown makeup and pierced faces do to them is hardly what you would call 'playing'. More like 'punk having seizure while holding a guitar'.

Yep. The guy who carved that carved a rattler that was in P. Reed's office the last time I was @ the PMS factory, in early "97.

Gotta say this. Paul got ALOT of things right with the Custom 24(straight stringpull headstock, locking tuners, etc.). I got an early "94 coming to me this week. Great shred guitar. Making a guitfiddle outa Basswood with an eagle on it? A little too South of the Border for me.

Inlay your name on the fretboard and all will be kosher, as long as you have a fiddle and a steel guitar in your band. :lol2
