A few days ago, while playing my guitar, I found a big and small dent Is it a natural aging phenomenon? I'm worried if there will be a problem later. Am I playing the guitar too harshly?

No... dents are not natural aging. They happen when you bump the wood into something. You can’t play it “too harshly” and dent the wood with your hand (if that’s what you mean). You just banged it into something at some point. But don’t worry, there’s no danger of it being problematic later on. In fact, it’ll almost certainly acquire more dents over time. Just the nature of things.
