Yes sir! I got this the day it came out. It is on my coffee table and gets thumbed through almost daily. If you like this book I also recommend Jimmy Page By Jimmy Page.

I've got my copy, too! What amazes me is that Page never threw anything away. After he's gone, you have enough to fill a museum.

Cool! Jimmy Page was one of my major influences as a teenager.

He is the main reason that I bought an acoustic guitar over an electric......when I could finally afford one.

I'd really like to know how he got that Leslie speaker effect on Down By The Seaside. Does he mention it in the book?

I don't have the answer to that, but I do know that re-amping played a much larger role than I originally thought. Like Good Times Bad Times was likely the Supro re-amped through a Leslie. Black Dog was a convoluted chain with DI 2 compression stages, and two re-amps.

That's cool! I didn't know that.

It would be nice if Jimmy Page, and the rest of the greats, would list what steps they took to get their tone.

We know #1's original bridge pickup was a double white. I still want to know what color the neck pickup bobbins are.
