Plays great, looks great. If it didn’t have pcb it would be like a standard with out body binding but unlike the standard, it has an ebony fretboard along with 57 pups! I was never a flame top person (plain tops!) how does it look to you flame top lovers?

Got it for $1600, found a small scratch on the top, right past the tone knob, maybe that’s why they dropped the price or it happened when they set it up for me. I didn’t notice it when I looked it over well the night before I purchased it. You can only see it from certain angles in the sun… anyway to “buff” it out? Only QC bad mark I can find from Gibson is a very small dent on the the top, in between the pickups, looks like a small screw driver hit it before the clear was applied.

Very happy with the 57+ it’s like a 498t with out the high output fuzz, kinda hard to explain. It’s much better than any bb I’ve played or tried out. First time I’ve used 57s, love them.

Very happy with the guitar, if it wasn’t for the pcb this would be the “one” imo.

Hopefully this iCloud link works so yall can see the pics.

Regarding the small scratch, you might be able to buff it out using a polish designed for nitrocellulose finishes, like Virtuoso Cleaner or Gibson's own polish. If it's deeper, you could try a very fine microfiber cloth with a small amount of polishing compound (Meguiar’s Scratch X or similar), but be gentle.

+1 @CharlotteMurphyy --> Virtuoso Cleaner, then Virtuoso Polish!

Can't see the photos, sharing not working. You can upload directly if properly sized <~800.

That said, if it's barely noticeable in that spot, and you like the guitar overall, for that price I'd keep it!

Learn to love the PCB, it's electronically equivalent ... 57 Classics are indeed good, glad to see G using them again [best for SGs, too].

Congrats!
