THIS IS THE 25th ANNIVERSARY YEAR FOR THE LES PAUL FORUM! PLEASE CELEBRATE WITH US AND SUPPORT US WITH A DONATION TO KEEP US GOING!
We've made a large financial investment to convert the Les Paul Forum to this new XenForo platform, and recently moved to a new hosting platform. We also have ongoing monthly operating expenses. THE "DONATIONS" TAB IS NOW WORKING, AND WE WOULD APPRECIATE ANY DONATIONS YOU CAN MAKE TO KEEP THE LES PAUL FORUM GOING! Thank you!
WE HAVE MOVED THE LES PAUL FORUM TO A NEW HOSTING PROVIDER! Let us know how it is going! Many thanks, Mike Slubowski, Admin
Please support our Les Paul Forum Sponsors with your business - Gary's Classic Guitars, Wildwood Guitars, Chicago Music Exchange, Reverb.com, Throbak.com and True Vintage Guitar. From personal experience doing business with all of them, they are first class organizations. Thank you!
was shocked to find that every guitar has the exact same serial number Lennon had on his..the sticker inside differentiates the serial. They made 1,965 (1965) of them and I have #1213
I have a revolution reissue casino limited addition (not the "inspired by"), a 2006 terada elitist casino and a real 1966 casino. the reissue sounded a lot better when i replaced the abr-1 bridge with a real mid sixties abr with original nylon saddles. very noticeable difference. I did this with my elitist casino and it is my favorite over the reissue revolution and the vintage casino. Both the sound and feel is exceptional, I am not sure that would be true for all elitist, maybe i just got a good one.
I won't be chAnging anything on this guitar. Buyer can, but when tested againt the real thing there is NO difference..plays just as smooth adn sounds exactly the same
