I had asked about ordering a studio from the Gibson Site but after some consideration I decided to go ahead and get a standard because it is what I really want. 50’s Standard Dark Purple Burst. It is amazing. I wanted to try the 50’s neck profile because I have fat hands and I love it. It looks great, sounds great, and feels great. I am amazed at how much better it is than my old Epiphone. I’m getting it ready to sell because I know I won’t play it anymore. Just wanted to post a picture and say thanks for the advice on ordering online.

Whoa!

That's nice.

{ I didn't think about purple as a finish.} It looks really good.

The picture you posted is a Gibson USA, this is the 'Sunburst/Gibson USA Pub' sub-forum for Gibson USA guitars... posts about Epiphones belong in 'Cool Non-Gibson Guitars' Pub.

That said, you really shouldn't be posting about your sale at any rate, unless it's in the classified section.

I know right? I really liked another single cut that was this color but I wanted to get a big boy guitar. When I saw Gibson was making them I had to have it. I feel super lucky with how it turned out. I couldn’t have ordered a one off build that I would like better.
