Switchcraft toggle switch not making contact in middle position

Hi people, hope you’re all doing great, I have a Gibson Les Paul Studio that has an issue with the toggle switch, bridge position works, neck position works but in the middle position only one pickup is active.

I took the a look at the switch and noticed that when it’s in the middle position, two of the tabs from one side are not making fully contact, I tried bending those closer but haven’t been able to achieve it, any recommendation for that would be really appreciated.

Thanks.

You need to bend the inner leaf outwards right at the base where it is clamped into the switch frame (don't bend it to make it any more curved than it is already). Try flipping the switch to push the outer leaf out of the way then insert a small screwdriver or similar between the inner leaf and the switch frame at it's base and lever it out a bit.

So once again someone joins the forum and asks for advice with their first post, someone answers their question and they log on a few hours later and (presumably) see the reply to their question, then they disappear never to be heard from again.

Is it really that hard to acknowledge that someone has replied and say thank you?
