IIRC the advertised price was USD$6500, it was only on there for a few days.
Hmmm 🧐 seems that’s the ball park low end right now tbh.. I’ll wait to see if that TH at GC Boston goes down.. (or more than likely be sold).. as I’m snoozing and losing atm.. but I think it’s because I want a SG and acoustic first.. but at the right price .. I’ll get a LP.

And *ALL* 2003 Braz! ;)

I’ll be honest and have been eyeing examples of the braz board LPs and some of the collectors series too.. of which is this popped up and promptly sold overnight as I was very very interested in it.. as it had all the right looking mojo

There are folks who like the CC series, and others on the hunt for pre-ML TM painted / aged. All well and good.

If I were without an LP and wanted to get my hands on a Reissue, I would just look to recent runs from CME, Dave's, HoG, TMZ, Wildwood, Wilcutt for a light weight model either VOS or ML and put some magic into it, and then you can be very patient and selective with what follows... as you remain happy with the one in hand!

I've seen some seriously amazing Goldtops from 2023, 2024, 2025!

Yep.. all those are on the radar.. and have seen some fine examples of the pre ML aged LPs.. tbh I have one saved in my wants list.. but after having an aged TH GT I’m wanting another.. that said there’s a M2M GT for sale with a 59 neck which is cheap as chips too.. and hasn’t sold for months.
So many fish in the sea, I just need to cast my rod tbh… I’m just biding my time.

Tbh.. I’m all about putting that magic into/onto the guitars.. yes they have to be playable first.. but after a good set up and magic sauce (from finger crud).. I’m all set.

Yep. I saw (on this forum! )what I thought was the most stunning glossy "non diseased" R0 Wildwood. I had to have it. So I did.
Absolutley love it. A 2022.
It gets played out.

Agreed, and a stunning cherry sunburst finish.

What year, and what are the pickup DCRs!

To the OP, I always recommend Mark's Guitar Loft. I've bought 4 Historic LPs from him over the past 19 years and still own all of them. He'll work with you to identify the best guitar that fits your tone request. He's also an LPF supporter.

It's a 2022, got new late that year. Wilwood spec pickups. Not sure exactly what that is. They sound good under higher gain so works for me. Potted PUps.

On the back of what @jb_abides suggested I’ve earmarked a Wildwood and a CME LP.. both state side and obtainable.. that said.. I’m gonna venture down the acoustic route first.. as I don’t have a large body anymore. Back to basics.

How does a board ever get that filthy? Seriously- come in from digging potatoes and sit down for a jam? And then put it up for sale that way? That's what i do if I am told to sell a guitar by SWMBO. "Yes dear- it's for sale".

The Cajun chicken sandwich next door is very good- and the French fries (pommes frites) are excellent.
