Hi fellas, I know the weight of Klusons is at 5.1oz but wanting to know what total weight it is for all the other hardware for LPs etc, humbuckers x 2, stoptail, ABR-1, pots, knobs et al.
Any answers gratefully received, thanks.

I’m reluctant to disassemble my Les Pauls in order to ascertain the full answer to your question, however I did weigh the metal decorative medallion switch cover that comes with the more recent LPs and it was 30 grams or about 1.05 ounces.

Aww come on t you'd do it for me wouldn't ya
Seriously though, I thought someone on here would have the answer.
What I will achieve eventually is, finding out what the maximum weight of a carved ES 335 body needs to be to come up with an 8lb fully finished guitar, a pet project of mine.
