I think I have what you’re looking for, but it is still attached. Not sure what it takes to pull but off without damage (but I’m pretty sure the sticker can be easily cleaned off. If you don’t find a separate one I can work with you for this one.

It has significant damage elsewhere - it still technically “works” but a plaque isn’t doing anything worthwhile for it. Might as well let the one salvageable part go where it is wanted!
