$50K for a replica guitar on 2022 and $110K for a replica GT in 2005. The price differential only inflates how $50K for a Greeny is nuts, even with the 17 year differential. I wouldn't want one at 50K, much less hope to make money on it.
That's why CME has two of those fool things.
By the way when I was at the Atlanta Car Show in 2005 and saw the GT with a sticker of $116K; I thought then what a steal at that price. No one will EVER look at a Greeny and say what a steal at 50K or more. A Greeny is no burst, it's a fake, a replica. No jealousy here for any owner of that guitar at 50K; it's a fools badge of honor.
Now those that had the balls to pony up $116k for a GT are sitting pretty ... and were from DAY ONE.
