• Guys, we've spent considerable money converting the Les Paul Forum to this new XenForo platform, and we have ongoing monthly operating expenses. THE "DONATIONS" TAB IS NOW WORKING, AND WE WOULD APPRECIATE ANY DONATIONS YOU CAN MAKE TO KEEP THE LES PAUL FORUM GOING! Thank you!

Can't say I wouldn't do the same in Cody's shoes.

I seem to recall reading that Craig Chaquico stated if Cody sells it, anything over the original purchase price goes to Craig’s son. I think I read the purchase price was $185K. Uncle Lou is asking $375K. That would be a tough check to write to Craig Chaquico’s son.

I read that, too. I'm not sure whether the writer misunderstood something, or if Craig had a momentary brain lapse. That is just not true.

After Cody and Craig reached an out of court agreement several weeks back, Craig did an interview with a magazine and disclosed those details in the article.

I still have debt related to the lawsuit, so it's either the burst or the house.

Then you have my double best wishes for a successful sale...

Here's hoping for some better times ahead.

All that's good Harry. :salude

OMG - Sickening. If true, I'd be selling it for $1 more than the original cost + legal expenses.

Well, it's definitely not true. I'd never heard of it before I read it in that interview, and I would not have agreed to settle the suit if that had been a part of the deal.
