I still have debt related to the lawsuit, so it's either the burst or the house.
This shit makes my heart bleed.

Did you mean to post this two years ago, and something went wrong? If Craig Chaquico can prove he had ownership of the guitar and that it was stolen, whoever has the guitar now, although he/she purchased in good faith, is going to have a problem keeping it. (Based on US law.)

Another easy reason to not like Jefferson Airplane (not that I really needed any more) :wah
Man I can't believe this...wish you the best.I still have debt related to the lawsuit, so it's either the burst or the house.
Cody, did you ever tell the story about how/when/from who this guitar was acquired? Was the CC association known at that time? Who sold you this stolen merchandise? I'd be curious if you care to share.
Whew! Tell us how you really feel, Pellman73:laugh2:
SO... if CC had talked to Cody first (instead of the lawyer apparently on speed-dial), hashed it out man-to-man without all the lawyer-shite that happened, Cody would have been able to KEEP HIS GUITAR?
Good work CC - you just ruined it for BOTH of you, welcome to the Law Of Unintended Consequences. Feel better now? :fu isd :rolleyes
Damn, Cody, just damn. That fkkking SUCKS. :dang
