Gibson LPR7 VOS knobs - no help from Gibson service

Although I have been registered on the forum for a long time, this is my first post here. Greetings from Lithuania!

I have a 2014 Gibson LPR7 VOS, and a couple of the volume knobs on my guitar fell to pieces without any physical impact. I have been working in guitar sales in my country for over 30 years and I can't still solve this problem. The company I work for no longer does business with Gibson, so I wrote to Gibson customer service. The response was very strange:
"
Dear Robertas,
We are sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, the knobs type you're looking for are not available as spare parts. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
Best regards,

xxx"

I don't understand how this can be - Gibson Custom Shop doesn't help customers? I have heard many times that Top Hat knobs fall apart without any physical impact, possibly due to the type of plastic... What about the Lifetime warranty that Gibson advertises?

Anyway, can anyone advise where to get more accurate knobs for my 2014 Gibson LPR7 VOS? I have PRHK-20 knobs, but they are not quite the shape and color they should be.

New year's greetings to Luthuania.
🥂
Happy New Year to you too :) Thanks for this interesting link, I might have to try these knobs if I can't find anything in Europe. In our country, customs procedures are very tiring and expensive if purchased from a non-EU country. But maybe it's worth it..

Greetings. Crazy Parts is based in Germany. They have many different versions of knobs for Les Paul guitars. I have ordered from them many times. Great service and very good quality parts.

This is a much better solution for you than ordering from USA.

Best of luck.

Thanks! That's a bit more local. Just ordered some brass switch tips. I do like my metal switch tips!

I think I found what I was looking for, thanks everyone... I'm just wondering what color the 1957 Les Paul knobs are - amber or gold? The original Historic 57 VOS knobs look like amber. Sorry I don't know such details, I'm more from Fender territory :)

I’ve had at least four Gibson Les Pauls end up with several cracked knobs in each guitar. Both my ES Les Paul guitar & bass & my R5. All the same knob & color. Bought aftermarket knobs off of eBay, perfect match & end of cracking issue…….

Getting back to the original response from Gibson, seems like this needs to be discussed. I think it’s quite poor that they didn’t offer any suggestion at all. Also while I get that there isn’t necessarily expected that spare parts are available on products forever, like your car or an appliance, but it is somewhat bizarre in this case where it’s supposed to be an recreation of a product from 1957, and this recreated product has been in production since the ‘90s and to today- if the claim is that there are no compatible parts available it would seem to bring into question the accuracy of these supposed recreations…

And what about their lifetime warranty? Does it exist at all?
