• Guys, we've spent considerable money converting the Les Paul Forum to this new XenForo platform, and we have ongoing monthly operating expenses. THE "DONATIONS" TAB IS NOW WORKING, AND WE WOULD APPRECIATE ANY DONATIONS YOU CAN MAKE TO KEEP THE LES PAUL FORUM GOING! Thank you!

On behalf of Tom Wittrock - his Joe Bonamassa experience!

The standard Photoshop "fixes" are usually not that good. The highest and best method requires you to manually manipulate all aspects of the photo.

Bill, when I try to save this photo it saves as a distorted image....

Hi TW,

my trick is... just download it to the hard disc... open it once with Photoshop and then "save-as" again... then it should have the correct format... at least it was in my case here... I have used an older Photoshop as editor... I had this phenomenon once in a while with pics from the web... but the above procedure fixed every time.

I don't know whether this works with other phot-editors... :hmm

Greetings
PIT... :salude

Photoshop ... :hmm ... I think I've heard of that. Must be one of those new programs the kids are using these days. :hee

Sandy is such a beautiful guitar in every way.
Mike was kind enough to let me snap these:

Interesting comments about Sandy, as you've played so many great bursts... She'll obviously be a worthy CC choice... You're living the dream man :dude:

Not at all surprised he said that and Tom is no dummy either for keeping Sandy this long. . Since I got to see and play Sandy in 2006 I've always said that's got to be one of the best if not the best out there. Of course these are hundreds and hundreds I'll never get the chance to play but I still can't imagine any burst being a whole lot better.

Simply, I am the luckiest guitar player alive.. I have been the recipient of such generosity. Its surreal..
Joe, you are living our dream and you are one of the guys who deserves it. These guitars see the light on major stages and I think this is a very good thing.

It's great to see that there is no jealousy on the form and everybody enjoys following your ride :jim

I hope to see you in Vienna at the Opera house in July.

Simply, I am the luckiest guitar player alive.. I have been the recipient of such generosity. Its surreal.. Thank you Tom... Sandy is the best burst I've played.. It is a rocketship.... 1000 percent dynamic... From zero to 1000... And the the guitar goes, is that all you got blues boy?? Thank you again... Its a guitar players dream... 9-0829 ( Magellan) is in Joe Glaser's shop for a refret tonight.. I had to do it... Its like your kid spending the night in the hospital. At least for me.
Joe B

And THANK YOU Joe for letting all of us live vicariously through you many burst adventures... keep the the reports coming, we really appreciate them!!!
